Wedding receptions are held in our sumptuous Silks Restaurant, alternatively a tailor made marquee can be provided. Celebrate your special day in our spacious, tranquil surroundings located on the outskirts of Hereford city.
Silks Restaurant is our main function room and boasts a large bar area, dance floor and offers superb views across the racecourse. Steps from the Suite lead down to the lawned Premier Enclosure. The suite can seat up to 220 guests for formal dining, or up to 250 for informal dining. Minimum guest numbers required are 120 however smaller guest numbers are accepted subject to an under occupancy charge.
Our wedding packages include the following:
- Room hire
- Changing room facility
- Use of the course for photographs
- Safe, enclosed outdoor areas for children
- Extensive free parking
A red carpet can be supplied for the Silks Restaurant entrance for £100+VAT.
Our Wedding Co-ordinator Diane Kennett will gladly assist with any aspect on planning your special day, albeit cakes, car hire, flowers, discos or photographers.
